We use Royal Mail as our carrier. All UK orders are sent First Class, and are usually delivered the next day after shipping. Overseas orders are all sent Airmail, and will be delivered by your local postal service. For high-value items, such as our tungsten carbide slides, we use a tracked and signed service; for lower value items we use a standard International service to bring you the best value. International shipments are usually delivered within 5-14 days, depending on the destination. If you have a particular requirement or shipping request, please contact us and we'll sort it out.
We only charge shipping at cost - we will never charge you more than it cost us.
We want you to be delighted with your Wolfram product. If, for any reason, you are not, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price - minus the shipping cost (return shipping is your responsibility).
If wish to return your Wolfram product, please contact us by email for a returns authorisation and instructions on how to return your product. You must return your product and all of the accessories and documentation we included, in re-saleable condition in the original packaging.
If you have purchased a bespoke product from us, we will have worked closely with you throughout the specification, design and manufacture process to ensure your product meets your requirements, and unfortunately we can not accept a return for a product that we have custom made to your specification, unless it is defective. If you are unhappy with the product resulting from our consultative design process, we will do everything we can to reach a satisfactory solution - our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority!
